Parentport is a government initiative set up to unite the UK’s major media regulators in order to enforce standards and protect children from inappropriate material. They are keen to hear the views of parents, grandparents and carers, therefore, it is really important to use this valuable online resource in order to have your say.

BBFC insight: search for a film, click on this icon and read a detailed justification for that particular film’s classification, and information about the adult content it contains.
Send your comments about programmes to the Office of Communications (Ofcom), the broadcasting regulator. Your opinion is important. Ofcom monitors and keeps a record of all complaints and publishes frequent bulletins of its findings.
